Message	I didn't need you to help the business do anything other than you to do your job. We had several conversations about how you were not doing the things I defined as your job description and had a company meeting to make sure we were all on the same page as to who was responsible for what. That made no difference. But you dont see it that way - you'll find some way to overlook the fact you weren't doing your job as I defined it, and it wasn't really much to ask of someone of your abilities. You had your own agenda on what you wanted to do, IST being a big part of that which was actually a business plan you were originally manifesting completely behind my back with Tony and Adam - something I caught wind of at some point and I still question what the true motives were behind all of that.
